How it works
Add your Markdown file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to PDF, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert Markdown (.md) into fixed PDF pages when notes, documentation or a README need a portable format for sharing, printing or archiving.
MD → PDF
Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

PDF fixes the rendered pages, while Markdown is source markup. MimiFile uses LibreOffice for import and pagination, so inspect syntax interpretation and page layout before relying on the PDF.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
The document worker sends the MD source through LibreOffice's headless document pipeline and exports the imported document as PDF pages.
Review heading hierarchy, lists, tables, fenced code, long lines, links, images, raw HTML, fonts and page breaks. Markdown variants and fixed-page PDF have different rendering constraints.
The PDF is a fixed-layout output for viewing and printing. Keep the MD source when you need to continue editing markup or generating other formats later.
The result is produced as PDF (application/pdf). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts PDF but your source file is Markdown.
Markdown and PDF can represent document structure differently. MimiFile imports the Markdown source through its isolated office-processing pipeline and writes a new PDF result rather than merely renaming the extension.
Markdown is primarily text-based. It carries much less page-layout information than a word-processing format, so a richer output cannot reconstruct formatting that was never present. Markdown is imported through the office pipeline, not through a dedicated Markdown rendering engine. Verify whether Markdown punctuation was interpreted as expected or remained literal text.
PDF is intended for stable viewing, sharing and printing. It freezes the rendered result into pages and is not a substitute for the original editable document structure.
The PDF reflects the rendered office layout. Font substitution, page size, fields and pagination can change the final page breaks, so visually inspect important documents. Markdown is imported through the office pipeline, not through a dedicated Markdown rendering engine. Verify whether Markdown punctuation was interpreted as expected or remained literal text. The conversion is performed with an isolated headless LibreOffice profile. Features that have no equivalent in the destination format can be changed, flattened or omitted.
Check character encoding, line breaks, special characters and whether text markup or whitespace was interpreted as intended. For PDF, also check every page or slide and confirm that nothing was clipped by pagination or print scaling.
The downloaded file uses PDF. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
