How it works
Add your Markdown file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to HTML document, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert a Markdown (.md) file into HTML plus any companion assets when documentation or notes need to enter a browser, CMS or web-editing workflow.
MD → HTML
Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

MimiFile uses LibreOffice's HTML export and packages produced files as a ZIP. It is not a dedicated clean-GFM-to-HTML renderer, so inspect the generated markup before publishing.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
The document worker imports the MD source with LibreOffice, exports HTML and bundles the generated HTML plus any companion files into a ZIP for download.
Office HTML export can differ from hand-authored semantic markup. Check heading levels, lists, tables, code blocks, links, images and generated styles before using the result in a production website or CMS.
GitHub Flavored Markdown, CommonMark and other variants do not support exactly the same extensions. A construct that renders on one platform may be represented differently through the office importer.
The result is produced as HTML document (text/html). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts HTML document but your source file is Markdown.
Markdown and HTML document can represent document structure differently. MimiFile imports the Markdown source through its isolated office-processing pipeline and writes a new HTML document result rather than merely renaming the extension.
Markdown is primarily text-based. It carries much less page-layout information than a word-processing format, so a richer output cannot reconstruct formatting that was never present. Markdown is imported through the office pipeline, not through a dedicated Markdown rendering engine. Verify whether Markdown punctuation was interpreted as expected or remained literal text.
HTML is suited to web-oriented output. MimiFile returns HTML exports as a ZIP so generated companion assets are delivered with the main HTML file.
Office-to-HTML conversion aims at transferable content, not hand-authored semantic web code. Complex page layout can become verbose HTML and generated media files can accompany it. Markdown is imported through the office pipeline, not through a dedicated Markdown rendering engine. Verify whether Markdown punctuation was interpreted as expected or remained literal text. The conversion is performed with an isolated headless LibreOffice profile. Features that have no equivalent in the destination format can be changed, flattened or omitted.
Check character encoding, line breaks, special characters and whether text markup or whitespace was interpreted as intended. For HTML, keep the downloaded ZIP together because companion images or assets can be required by the exported page.
The downloaded file uses HTML document. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
