How it works
Add your WebM file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to MP3 audio, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert WebM to MP3 when you only need the audio track from a WebM video for listening, transcription or audio-only sharing.
WEBM → MP3
Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 90 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.
Add your WebM file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to MP3 audio, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
The MP3 output contains audio rather than the original WebM video. Video streams are discarded, and the selected audio must be encoded into MP3 rather than preserved as WebM video data.
Current source limit : 90 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
The conversion creates an audio-only MP3. Visual content from the WebM is not part of the output, so keep the original file if you need the video.
WebM commonly contains Opus or Vorbis audio. Creating MP3 requires decoding and encoding to a different lossy codec, so quality and bitrate characteristics can change.
The result is produced as MP3 audio (audio/mpeg). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts MP3 audio but your source file is WebM.
The downloaded file uses MP3 audio. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
