How it works
Add your PSD file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to TIFF, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert PSD to a single-page TIFF for print, scanning or imaging workflows that need TIFF but do not need the Photoshop document's editable layer structure.

Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

MimiFile creates one flat, single-page TIFF with ZIP compression. The visible PSD composite is retained as pixels, while Photoshop layers, masks and editable objects are not preserved.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
No. This conversion does not create a layered TIFF. MimiFile exports the PSD composite as one flat page, so Photoshop layers, masks and editable text are no longer separate objects.
No. MimiFile's current image conversion path creates a single-page TIFF from one PSD composite.
The current image worker writes TIFF with ZIP compression, avoiding an intentional lossy quality setting in this output path.
The result is produced as TIFF (image/tiff). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts TIFF but your source file is PSD.
PSD and TIFF are not interchangeable containers. MimiFile decodes the visible image from PSD, normalizes it and writes a new TIFF file. TIFF is useful in scanning, print, publishing and imaging workflows that prefer a high-fidelity image container over a compact web format.
For a PSD, MimiFile converts the composite preview image. Editable Photoshop layers, masks and layer structure are not preserved. Orientation is applied before the output is written, so the pixels are saved in the displayed orientation. Embedded metadata is stripped from the converted image.
TIFF supports compressed image encoding; the final size and visual fidelity depend on the encoder settings and the source content. TIFF can carry transparency, so an alpha channel present in the decoded source can be retained.

The TIFF produced by this image converter is a single-page image. Compare the TIFF result with the original PSD before replacing your source, especially when color, transparency, small text or fine photographic detail matters.
The downloaded file uses TIFF. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
