How it works
Add your PSD file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to HEIC / HEIF, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert PSD to HEIC for Apple or mobile photo workflows that accept HEIC. MimiFile exports the rendered composite as a new image rather than attempting to preserve Photoshop layers.

Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

The HEIC output is a flat image encoded at quality 82. PSD layers, masks and editable objects are not retained, and HEIC compatibility should be checked in the software or service that will receive the file.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
No. MimiFile writes the rendered PSD composite to HEIC. Photoshop layers, masks, editable text and other document structure are not available as separate editable objects afterward.
HEIC is useful in Apple and mobile imaging workflows where efficient compressed photo storage is expected, but it is less universally supported than JPG or PNG.
MimiFile currently writes HEIC with an encoder quality setting of 82. Keep the PSD as the master file if later design changes or maximum editability matter.
The result is produced as HEIC / HEIF (image/heic). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts HEIC / HEIF but your source file is PSD.
PSD and HEIC / HEIF are not interchangeable containers. MimiFile decodes the visible image from PSD, normalizes it and writes a new HEIC / HEIF file. HEIC is useful in Apple and mobile photo workflows where efficient storage matters, but support outside those ecosystems should be checked.
For a PSD, MimiFile converts the composite preview image. Editable Photoshop layers, masks and layer structure are not preserved. Orientation is applied before the output is written, so the pixels are saved in the displayed orientation. Embedded metadata is stripped from the converted image.
HEIC / HEIF supports compressed image encoding; the final size and visual fidelity depend on the encoder settings and the source content. MimiFile currently writes HEIC / HEIF with an encoder quality setting of 82. HEIC / HEIF can carry transparency, so an alpha channel present in the decoded source can be retained.

Compare the HEIC / HEIF result with the original PSD before replacing your source, especially when color, transparency, small text or fine photographic detail matters.
The downloaded file uses HEIC / HEIF. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
