How it works
Add your Rich Text Format file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to PDF, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert a Rich Text Format document into a fixed-layout PDF when you need stable pages instead of an editable rich-text file.
RTF → PDF
Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

RTF is less layout-specific than PDF. Font availability, page setup, tables and embedded objects can change how the fixed PDF pages render.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
Rich Text Format is accepted here as application/rtf. The current source-file limit is 50 MB.
The result is produced as PDF (application/pdf). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts PDF but your source file is Rich Text Format.
Rich Text Format and PDF can represent document structure differently. MimiFile imports the Rich Text Format source through its isolated office-processing pipeline and writes a new PDF result rather than merely renaming the extension.
Rich Text Format is a formatted word-processing document. It can contain paragraphs, styles, tables, page settings, fields, images and other layout-oriented objects.
PDF is intended for stable viewing, sharing and printing. It freezes the rendered result into pages and is not a substitute for the original editable document structure.
The PDF reflects the rendered office layout. Font substitution, page size, fields and pagination can change the final page breaks, so visually inspect important documents. The conversion is performed with an isolated headless LibreOffice profile. Features that have no equivalent in the destination format can be changed, flattened or omitted.
Check fonts, pagination, headings, lists, tables, headers/footers, fields, comments or tracked changes, images and embedded objects. For PDF, also check every page or slide and confirm that nothing was clipped by pagination or print scaling.
The downloaded file uses PDF. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
