How it works
Add your Rich Text Format file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to HTML document, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert RTF into HTML plus any generated companion assets when you need a web-oriented draft for a website, CMS, intranet or documentation workflow.

Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

The result is an office HTML export, not production-ready site markup. Review semantics, styles, links, image paths and companion assets before publishing.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
Rich Text Format is accepted here as application/rtf. The current source-file limit is 50 MB.
The result is produced as HTML document (text/html). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts HTML document but your source file is Rich Text Format.
Rich Text Format and HTML document can represent document structure differently. MimiFile imports the Rich Text Format source through its isolated office-processing pipeline and writes a new HTML document result rather than merely renaming the extension.
Rich Text Format is a formatted word-processing document. It can contain paragraphs, styles, tables, page settings, fields, images and other layout-oriented objects.
HTML is suited to web-oriented output. MimiFile returns HTML exports as a ZIP so generated companion assets are delivered with the main HTML file.
Office-to-HTML conversion aims at transferable content, not hand-authored semantic web code. Complex page layout can become verbose HTML and generated media files can accompany it. The conversion is performed with an isolated headless LibreOffice profile. Features that have no equivalent in the destination format can be changed, flattened or omitted.
Check fonts, pagination, headings, lists, tables, headers/footers, fields, comments or tracked changes, images and embedded objects. For HTML, keep the downloaded ZIP together because companion images or assets can be required by the exported page.
The downloaded file uses HTML document. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
