How it works
Add your OpenDocument Presentation file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert ODP to older PPT when a legacy PowerPoint-compatible application or business system specifically requires the PowerPoint 97–2003 format.
ODP → PPT
Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 90 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

PPT is an older binary destination. Keep the ODP source and review fonts, masters, transitions, animations, charts, media and other presentation features after conversion.
Current source limit : 90 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
OpenDocument Presentation is accepted here as application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.presentation. The current source-file limit is 90 MB.
The result is produced as Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003 (application/vnd.ms-powerpoint). Features unsupported by the destination format cannot be preserved.
Use this when a service, device or workflow accepts Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003 but your source file is OpenDocument Presentation.
OpenDocument Presentation and Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003 can represent document structure differently. MimiFile imports the OpenDocument Presentation source through its isolated office-processing pipeline and writes a new Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003 result rather than merely renaming the extension.
OpenDocument Presentation is a slide-deck format with positioned objects, themes, fonts, media and potentially transitions or animations.
Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003 keeps the result as an editable presentation format. Static slide content usually maps better than application-specific transitions, animations, media or theme behavior.
When moving between PPT, PPTX and ODP, compare fonts, theme colors, object positions, transitions, animations, audio/video and other application-specific effects slide by slide. The conversion is performed with an isolated headless LibreOffice profile. Features that have no equivalent in the destination format can be changed, flattened or omitted.
Check slide size, fonts, text wrapping, object positions, images, media, theme colors, transitions and animations.
The downloaded file uses Microsoft PowerPoint 97–2003. Check the result if the source contains transparency, animation, embedded fonts, metadata or other format-specific features.
