How it works
Add your Feather file. MimiFile checks the format, converts it to CSV, and provides a temporary download when the result is ready.
Convert a Feather data file to CSV when you need a widely portable, human-readable table for spreadsheets, scripts or systems that do not read Arrow/Feather files.
FEATHER → CSV
Drag and drop, paste a file, or browse your device.
Files are temporary and deleted automatically.
Limits: 50 MB per file · 128 MB total per batch.

Feather can store typed columnar data, while CSV stores flat text rows and columns. Types, nested values and binary data may need simpler text representations in the CSV output.
Current source limit : 50 MB per file. Up to 10 files can be submitted in a batch, subject to the global batch ceiling.
CSV is broadly supported by spreadsheet software, databases, scripts and import tools. It is useful when compatibility matters more than preserving a rich typed columnar representation.
CSV does not carry a typed schema in the same way as Feather. Dates, nulls, nested values and binary fields should be checked after conversion because the destination is fundamentally text-based.
Feather belongs to the Arrow IPC ecosystem and is designed for efficient typed data interchange. Keep the source file when schema fidelity or fast columnar interchange matters.
When a tabular destination cannot represent lists or objects directly, nested values are serialized as JSON text where supported instead of being silently discarded.
Nulls and timestamps are preserved when the destination supports them. Binary values can be represented as Base64 text in text-based or spreadsheet outputs.
Check column types, null values, timestamps and nested fields before using the converted file in a production data pipeline.
