24, 25, 30 and 60 fps
Choose a target frame rate for compatibility with a project, playback requirement or publishing workflow that expects one of the supported values.
Encode at 24, 25, 30 or 60 frames per second. Frames may be dropped or repeated; this does not create new motion detail.

Frame rate describes how many video frames are shown per second. MimiFile can encode supported video at 24, 25, 30 or 60 fps. Lowering FPS can discard frames; raising it can repeat frames, so increasing a low-frame-rate source does not create genuine motion detail that was never captured.

Moving from a higher frame rate to a lower one requires fewer displayed frames per second, so some source frames are not represented in the output.
When the target frame rate is higher than the source, repeated frames can fill the timeline, but that does not recreate intermediate motion that was never recorded.
Yes. Choose 30 fps as the target. The output uses fewer frames per second than the source.
The tool can encode a 60 fps output, but repeated frames do not create the genuine intermediate motion detail of footage originally captured at 60 fps.
The current MimiFile video workflow offers 24, 25, 30 and 60 fps targets.
